FRIENDS BETA TERMS
Build together honestly.
These terms set the ground rules for testing PikkMe before public release. By continuing into the friends beta, you agree to them and to the Community Guidelines.
Effective 25 August 2026 · Friends beta
Who may participate
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. The friends beta is not intended for commercial use. If you participate on behalf of another organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your profile. A new profile begins as a guest account. Protect it with Sign in with Apple or use a transfer code before switching devices or profiles. Do not sell, share, automate, or impersonate an account.
Your content and permission to operate PikkMe
You keep ownership of photos and writing you create. You give PikkMe a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, resize, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, test, secure, moderate, and improve PikkMe—including feeds, profiles, challenge history, leaderboards, winner features, and beta demonstrations. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups and lawful safety records.
What you promise
Only share content you created or have permission to use. Get permission before posting an identifiable person, private place, artwork, or sensitive information. Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not manipulate Pikks, scrape the service, probe other accounts, evade blocks, interfere with infrastructure, or use PikkMe for illegal activity.
Studio content and beta simulation
Profiles visibly marked Studio, and some activity associated with them, are simulated fixtures used to make a small beta testable before a large community exists. Studio content is not presented as a camera-verified real person. Studio and real Pikks are displayed with the same user-facing language, but the underlying source remains available to PikkMe's private moderation and testing systems.
Moderation and account action
PikkMe may hide, remove, preserve, or review content; limit features; or suspend access when reasonably needed for safety, security, legal compliance, or beta integrity. Reports do not guarantee removal. Repeated false reports or attempts to manipulate moderation may also lead to restrictions.
A changing beta
The service is provided for testing and may contain bugs, simulated activity, interrupted availability, changing features, or data resets. We may change or end the beta. Do not rely on PikkMe as the only copy of important information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the beta is provided without warranties and PikkMe is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss.
Ending your participation
You may stop using PikkMe and delete a non-owner account in the app at any time. Sections that reasonably need to continue—such as ownership, limited backup retention, safety enforcement, and dispute provisions—survive termination. Questions can be sent through the in-app feedback form or Support.
