SUPPORT & ACCOUNT HELP
Tell us what happened.
Whether it is a product bug, a safety concern, or an account request, use the route below that preserves the right context and protects your information.
Effective 25 August 2026 · Friends beta
The fastest way to reach us
Open Profile → Send beta feedback inside PikkMe. Choose a category and include the screen, what you expected, what happened, and whether it happens again. PikkMe attaches limited build and device context—not your camera photo—to help diagnose the problem. You can also email support@pikkme.app.
Report a photo or comment
Use the three-dot menu on the specific entry or the report option on the specific comment. That safely includes the right challenge and content identifiers in the private moderation queue. You may also block a real profile. Do not email illegal imagery or sensitive screenshots unless PikkMe Support specifically asks for a safe description.
Delete your account
In the iOS app:
- Open your profile.
- Open Account & recovery.
- Choose Delete account.
- Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
- If the profile is protected with Apple, complete Apple's identity confirmation.
PikkMe revokes the Apple authorization when applicable, then removes the account and its associated profile, photos, entries, Pikks, comments, follows, notifications, reports, safety records, feedback, and recovery records. The protected owner account cannot be deleted in-app. If you cannot access the app, email privacy@pikkme.app with your username and never send an Apple password or verification code.
Recover or move a guest profile
Protect the current guest profile with Sign in with Apple before changing accounts. To move an active guest profile, create a one-time transfer code from Account & recovery and redeem it on the destination device. Treat transfer codes like passwords and share them with nobody.
Privacy and legal requests
For access, correction, deletion, privacy, copyright, or legal requests, email privacy@pikkme.app. Include your PikkMe username and enough detail to understand the request, but do not send passwords, Apple verification codes, government identifiers, or unnecessary sensitive information. See the Privacy Policy and Friends Beta Terms.
Studio transparency
Profiles marked Studio and some associated activity are simulated beta fixtures used to keep an early feed testable. Reports involving Studio photos are still routed into the private owner moderation queue. Real submissions remain tied to fresh in-app camera capture.
